PADEL QLUB – SHIPPING POLICY

1 | ORDER PROCESSING

Each order is custom-printed once placed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after placement (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, it moves into the transit phase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking, if available) once your order ships.

2 | ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on your location, our fulfilment partners, and any shipping carrier delays. Below are approximate timelines from the date of shipping:

UK & Europe — 3–12 business days

North America — 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand — 8–18 business days

Rest of World — 10–25 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Actual delivery may take longer if there are customs delays, weather disruptions, or printing/fulfilment bottlenecks.

Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us.

3 | SHIPPING CHARGES & FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier used.

We offer free shipping for orders over £80 (see current promotion on site).

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4 | TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you (if provided by the carrier).

If you have not received your order 30 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us at support@padelqlub.com.

If the carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we will investigate.

We may ask you to check with neighbours or your local post office.

5 | DELAYS & DELIVERY RISKS

Production times may occasionally be longer than usual (e.g., due to fulfilment partner workload or supply constraints).

Shipping carriers may also experience delays, especially for international orders.

We reserve the right to temporarily adjust estimated delivery times.

If so, updates will be communicated via our site banner or by email.

6 | RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATED TO SHIPPING

Shipping timelines and risk largely transfer to you once the item is shipped.

We do not offer refunds solely due to shipping delays unless:

  • The delivery window above is exceeded and
  • The delay is determined to be our fault

For damaged or defective items (see our Returns & Refunds Policy), we will cover reprints or refunds, even if shipping contributed to the issue.

7 | LOCAL PICK-UP / SPECIAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer local pick-up or expedited courier options outside of the standard shipping flow.

Any future changes or premium delivery options will be listed in our Shipping FAQ and during checkout.

8 | ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer reshipment at your expense.

9 | CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally (for example, if fulfilment partner lead times change or new regions are added).

The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will apply.
