Padel Qlub – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Padel Qlub, every item is made to order through our trusted fulfilment partners. Because our products are custom-produced, our returns and refund process operates differently from traditional retail. Please review the terms below before placing your order.

1 | Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

a) Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please email support@padelqlub.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will provide either:

  • A free reprint, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

This decision is at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

b) Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or colour, we will replace it free of charge once verified.

2 | Situations Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Colour differences due to device/screen variations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

Please double-check sizing guides and colours before ordering.

3 | Address Issues

We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Unclaimed parcels
  • Missed delivery attempts

If the item is returned to our fulfilment partner, we may offer reshipment at your expense.

4 | Lost or Delayed Orders

If a shipment is delayed, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

An order is considered lost only if the carrier confirms non-delivery.

We do not refund orders solely due to transit delays unless:

  • The delivery window in the Shipping Policy is exceeded

    AND
  • The carrier confirms non-delivery.

5 | Return Shipping Costs

If we approve a return, we will provide instructions.

Unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

6 | Exchanges

Because items are custom-made, we do not offer standard exchanges at this time.

For size changes, a new order must be placed.

7 | Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to reject returns/refunds if we suspect abuse, misuse, or fraudulent claims.

8 | Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational changes.

The version posted at the time of your order applies.
